When tackled behind the try line

There is a bug in the new update. If I kick the ball and it ends up behind my opponent's try line in the scoring zone, and my opponent picks up the ball and is tackled behind his try line, the game takes me back to MY 22 for a restart. Should be a restart from my opponent's 22.

Surely it depends on what happens to the ball? If it's spilled then you could have a try, if the other player touches it down then a 22? (I'll assume they didn't pass it back over the line)
