Has anyone been unhappy with their team and submitted a ticket to be reset only to not receive a reply from the developers at all.

mines best it's ever been since I tweaked the tactics but yes mine did go pear shaped for a while but back on track although no suprises nobody at sublinet has responded to you they're more quiet than a library them lot
