what is the big deal with heal or med kits sending or receiving them. what is the benefit. I asked in the guild I joined but no one answers. so can one of you help me out.

Because your players being hurt is a problem, or can be. And heal kits reduce the time they are out. Or they can just be used to make your tired players fully healthy again. There are only 2 ways to get the heal kits, not counting buying them. One of those ways is getting them through each member of the guild responding when they can. If you let one of your guild-mates requests go by without responding you are not helping them and they may fall short of the 5 they can get each hour. It is also a way to make sure you are paying attention and are invested in your time with that guild. If you are in the guild just for yourself it will irk some of the others. Imagine someone seeing you asking lots of questions but they also notice you are not sending heal kits. They will feel less like helping you. It comes down to being part of a team.
