To maximize the eejitness of kicking to 13 you also have to set rhythm to 7, defense and offense spacing to 2 and defense speed to 3. It's called the eejit hack and it works beautifully!

No, the issue is that I also have eejit strat and I have increased my players intelligence rating higher than yours so they were more dominant. Your schedule merely confirms how great the eejit strat is.
