what is a good setting on the rhythm speed to set it at. so where you help your team and not have a lot of injuries and or turnovers. right now it is a default setting of 50.....how much of an increase would anyone suggest if any at all

Try 70, watch fatigue, adjust, try again.
Somewhere between 60-68 I believe is optimal. I personally have my run game a bit lower than my pass game. And defense is around 60-65 too.
