Why maximum football player's age can only be 31?! That's such a little peice of shit time! why can't it be at least 36 y/o?

I think in most games its 31 or 32 & in those where you can keep them their energy levels drop so much they would only make about half a game anyhow
but you know,i'm so fucked up how they created this game
