CHEATING

Black Monks :

DHSFP :

I agree totally with Black Monks. This is a game and although I dislike all of the above and 4. Sports Shop Equipment (I see it as bonus on the fly), unless you are breaking any rules as set out by Sweet Nitro of which I have yet to see any, playing the game the way you want to and getting the most enjoyment from it, is nobody's business but your own.

Sheep sheep sheep.. a flock of sheep.. and you re not even leading it..
. “no mb from me mate. Just when I was in the top league and 100% of top league do it. Not 99%, but 100%.. And 95% of them wish it wasn't there...” Hahaha
All these fake rugby players. Good thing we have you here to educate us on the real spirit of rugby. The spirit that says if you play a game you can't be a rugby player. Deuces

And you taught us... if 5% of people tell you what to do.. even if you don t like... well, just do it and follow them... sheep sheep sheep...
Thanks for this important life lesson!

This is another reason why he lives in the forum

Alas it is time for me to move on
Don't fret, many here have the needle firm

This was then tiny BM announced retirement... and another reason why we can't take him seriously lol
So let me understand what you are saying here kotj?
Although I don’t use mb, nor do I “match fix” but I don’t think it’s cheating, I’m classed as a “gamer”.

But on the other hand, I was brought up on rugby my whole life being from west wales, I’m a current rugby player (towards the end I have to say!!), I go and watch Welsh international games on a regular basis and also watch any live games of rugby on sky that I can, I would clearly say I am a huge “rugby person”.

So I don’t fall in to either of your categories?

The difference is I can differentiate between my real rugby life and this computer game.
'Black Monks
The VAST majority of forum users do not seem to have a problem with the absence of documented forum 'rules' and manage to conduct themselves in an appropriate way.
I suggest you do as they do and use common sense. It seems to work for them.'

This was from a moderator before tiny BM got banned.... Again..

@KOTJ...meet tiny BM lol

You responded to your question yourself...
“The difference is I can differentiate between my real rugby life and this computer game.” (And I already said I can too.. that s why I respect both views).
So, yes, here you are a gamer. (Why does it sound bad for you? It s not an insult.. You have no problem here to go against the rugby spirit.. right?).
Would you really qualify yourself in this game as a Rugby player who is looking to play a rugby game with the Rugby spirit, or as a player who wants to find a way to win?
I really want to understand how we can consider match fixing as “not cheating” in the Rugby spirit.. or any other environment but gaming...
It goes against all values..
You know what is the definition of cheating, right? “act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage”...
Explain me how match fixing is fair against the other players (as you know many of them don’t do it...) and how it doesn't give an advantage (either not use the cash for a MB or agree on a draw to get the points).. pure definition of cheating..

And then let me ask you one question: (I already asked Black M... but he wasn’t able to respond)
What would happen now if everybody was using match fixing.. all games in championships/tournaments/GCs would finish in a draw...
Exciting game, isn t it?
Doesn’t it give you a hint that maybe this is somehing not really “honest”...

Because on the other side I can really tell you that if you don’t do match fixing and don’t use MBs, the best strat/strongest team wins (which sounds a bit more honest..)

So just explain me how it is not cheating... (I guess because it s not on the website.. I would say ok.. but then it s logic to say that you re a gamer here, no?.. because you re playing with Sweet Nitro/documented rules to play the game, not the rugby rules/spirit.. Many players here haven t read this games’ rules, as they thought it was the rugby rules..
If you find a way in this game to make a forward-pass that guarantee you a try.. you would be happy... How then you don’t qualify as gamer? (And again, it s not a pejorative word)
I don’t use mb or arrange draws, never have and never will because I have a good strategy and have been number 1 ranked player on numerous occasions.

Let me take me back to your original statement where you said that you have to be one or the other (a gamer or real rugby person)

My point is I’m in both camps. But I can differentiate between this game and real rugby.

I’m not going around in circles any longer and I wish you well in the game.
