Lost Purchased Player via Auction House & Gold Balls

Hello Players,
We've had a member Lose up to 200 Gold Balls and a Winning bid 400+ player from Auction House due to the new update on IOS.

A ticket has been sent numerous times explaining this with the response:

You have received all purchases.

&

Good Day,
We cannot see anything in the back end of your account.

Has anyone experienced this?
How can we get this rectified?

Any help will be appreciated
Similar to this - I made a purchase and it billed me for 2 but only got one. Sent a ticket and they said they couldn’t help -thieving so and so’s!!
