Ok, please tell me if you see a strange heal kits disappearance, you're not the first one reporting that, but I never spotted the bug.
To answer you, there is no "partial" heal kits. 1 heal kit must reduce an injury by 1h or restore 5% energy.

No you get them by 'swapping' through your guild. However when you give a heal kit your own stock stays the same so in effect you have created a new heal kit for your guildmate.
