I would like you clever people to tell me how a to get 3 players, 98, 93, 80 and your team to be rated at 80. Surely there has to be some kind of cheating involved. I don't understand how this could be possible. Please help me understand.

98 , 93 and 80!! Really, 3 players with ratings that high, I haven't even looked at the rest of his team. How???
Add up all his players ratings and divide it by how many players in his squad then you'll see its correct
