In game menu file a support ticket you need an account on the forums aswell otherwise it will come up with unknown email

I didn't play for a while! So I went in and I saw I needed players! I only had like half a team with empty spots! I bought players and the open spots doesn't want to substitude! Their are 4 empty spots and 4 players I bought is gone?????????????
