Introduce in-game injuries and yellow cards?

Perhaps these ideas have already been discussed, but in game injuries should b introduced. When a player is injured, the individual should freeze until play is a stoppage ie scrum, penalty, line out, etc. During this period, the healthier team is rewarded with an extra man advantage until a replacement can enter the field.
Also, yellow cards should b introduced to discourage repeat offenders in tackles /rucks. As teams progress through levels, the amount of penalties allowed should reduce as players and teams get better. Again, a more disciplined team will gain an extra man advantage for a short period. Both suggestions would add new angles to consider when developing strategies /players. These elements simulate realistic challenges related to 'managing' a rugby team.
