When can we add another team as 2nd Leader as promised on new updates. Doesn't work at present. Will this work when new league season starts ?

Not tried it but it is there nothing on tournaments yet though

it does work I added Sudoku in world elite as back up leader to that of myself in world elite click on your guild hall click manage select the player you want to be upgraded to be the second leader and boom it's done!
However I'm not sure if this can only be done via someone who is already a leader or if RH's can control this too
