I don't want any of my backs to kick or do stupid things but when I lower stat, a triangle pops up what do they mean, are they relevant?

The yellow triangle just means you are far from the default value, but it is not a problem at all if you know what you do. It is just here to avoid beginners put every bar to the maximum without thinking.
