If the ball is kicked over the dead ball line then the correct restart is a scrum from where the ball was kicked not a 22m drop out.

Additionally the number of times a scrum half passes the ball forwards after a scrum has been taken against the head is quick frankly ridiculous.

I've seen a lot of this too - I spent all my auctions coins on a lvl 23 halfback and still the same problem.
Its funny tho, some games are fine - and then some games are every 2nd scrum.
