Hi.

I have been a part of a Guild for some time now.

I have not managed my own Guild yet.

How do you go from "newcomer" to "experienced"
Is it determined by amount of games played or does the Leader decide this?

We often use it as a warning to become more active with health kits and helping out if you're still a newcomer at the end of the season ,chances are you'll be kicked
