I'm trying to figure out how a level 16 team that has played 19 seasons manages to have Quality level 6 players aged 22. I can't imagine they come from auction because you wouldn't see players that low.

An example is rctp that is right hand for guild Toulon. (There a lots of guilds called Toulon. This one has 25 members if that helps).

If all a player's players retire or are sold, they are automatically replaced with low-level players so that fixtures can be completed.
