Is the a skill that can be trained that increases training speed? I notice my players have different training speeds.

The training Building adds a % to your training
The Infirmary adds recovery speed..... meaning your players can train more often

Yes I notice my players have different training speeds. Was wondering what caused the differences. I mean one has a 199 % and another has a 103% and so on.

Nothing "caused" the difference... they're just different. It's a player attribute that, just like recovery speed, varies from player to player.
