How do you get more than one leader in a Guild? Please advise if you know.

If the current leader of the guild is inactive for an extended period (two weeks I think) another player (based on rank eg first option will be a RH and random) will be promoted leader to allow you to remove the inactive player.
This is the only time a guild will have more than one leader.

Unless they have changed it neither a leader or rh can remove another leader in same guild. Has to be done through ticket with explanation.

There was a post about it sometime last year where Pierrot confirmed this is the case, can't seem to find it though
