My level 4 finished 4 days ago and new level was due to start today (l6) but it's now telling me that the new championship will start in 15 days... is this normal?

30th, or last day of February.

It will reset the day (morning) before either the 1st or the 15th of the month. One of those will always be the 14th of course but the other does not take too much working out.
