How much does upgrading your strat centers help increase the quality of your players / speed of increase in star rating? Might be a simple answer but would like clarification. Cheers.

each upgrade upgrades your players by 0.5 stars, you don't see it in their stats though. has no effect on speed of increase. upgrading training centre increases the speed your players gain training points

no worries, if you've been playing a bit, try and get your second (or third if you are that far along) strat building going and upgraded, two strat buildings upgraded to lvl 15 adds 15* to each player which is a huge boost, 3 of them at lvl 20 means a 30* boost

Yeah I have 3 all uograding to L19 at the moment. Will try and get them smashed out to L25 ASAP, getting humped in League 52 at the mo. Dunno how I have been so far along but never questioned the strat centre. Auction house, training, ticket office, infirmary and stadium are all 24 or 25, they have been my priority.

It's not actual star rating but rather a % of star rating.

So at the top level it would be 12.5% x 320 (should your player be maxed) = 40*, that times three equals plenty

So the plot thickens, ha ha. I get it though. Just started another upgrade to take 2 of them to 20 and 1 to 19, will smash these out as a priority now.

The short answer is that 3 beefy strat towers turn your team into complete monsters. Luckily I clocked this early on in the game and has been pretty central to my sim city development strategy. I try to prioritise uograding buildings that have a direct impact on your players and only do the money-makers and stadia in order to facilitate that. So Strat Towers, Training Ground, Hospital (if you are not in a heal kits circuit FB group, which I highly recommend) and to a lesser degree Auction House have always been my main priorities in the game. Seems to be working, I reckon I am easily top 3 on my entire level. The other top 3 is in my guild and the third is a monster from France who has bought his entire team. No 3rd strat tower though and not close to getting it so he's starting to lose to us regular now

If you're looking to know the most important buildings for gameplay it's always good to visit the stadiums of the top players when a new level of building is introduced. For those that value fans you will see the stadium being upgraded immediately. For those that actually want to be better at the game you will see all three strat buildings upgraded first. 1.5% is big when most everything else (player quality and manager quality) are equal.

Yeah I guess it is how you want to develop your team / city. I have got a few really good players so L52 has been a bit frustrating but since upgrading my strat I have won a couple. Stadium is 24, training and infermery also 24, ticket / auction both 25. Strats are now upgrading one to 19 and two to 20. Thw rest of my city will follow.
