I have been charged for a purchase that I did not make

Has anyone else been charged incorrectly?
I received an email saying that I'd bought 1,000 Gold balls for £92.99 at 10:40 BST today but I didn't buy them.
I've sent a support ticket to the developers.

No. I checked both accounts and there was no message on either of them.

I have been told that it wasn't my ticket and to contact Google to obtain a refund. Prompt response from support.
