Strategy bonus

Couple of questions on this buildings effect.

How does the bonus work. Is it a percentage increase or star level increase?

Does the strategy bonus only work if your playing at home?
It seems harder to win away against the same opponent, match stats also show that you generally don't do as well.

And is the bonus cumulative, if you have more than 1. Or how does multiple building bonus work.

I don't believe it shows anywhere but its an overall bonus to the quality of the player and if you have more than one building it accumulates, as for the home or away advantage i don't believe it makes a difference but im not sure
