Sorry, love to help direct but I know nothing about Google Play etc. Suggest though that you raise a ticket to support for guidance.

Would love to know of any updates on this. I log in through Google play and due to upgrade my phone in 2 days. Done a trial on my partners Phone and same as previous post, didn't load up my game. Very concerned!
