Rhinos & warriors Academy can't play a GC?

I've built a second guild called Rhinos & Warriors Academy it currently has 12 members i' m the leader, I went to press the GC button as the lads are wanting to play their first GC except it comes up that I must have 10 members been in the guild for ) at least

what does this mean and how long will I have to wait ???

Means u have to wait until the 48 hours are up for the 10th member who joined
