What's the point in setting levels[rules] when u play guys with nearly EVERY player above/below ! mark It's ok saying they will tier quicker yes but by that time they usually are up by 20+ points what's to be done about it

I think that the question is about moving a player's Strategy instructions into the warning triangle range.
Ian, if that is the case then don't think of the triangle as a "rule" above which you should not go. Think of it as a warning that there may be consequences, but not all consequences are bad.

Going by title I'm guessing his opponent had his settings above and beat him which he sees as unfair
