I think it'd be cool if there were individual player stat rewards for championships and tournys for things like most pass yards, rush yards, rec yards, sacks, picks, and field goals. The rewards could scale with league level but starting out something like 1st is 50k 2nd 25k 3rd 10k and 5k for top 5. These acting as bonuses for good play. Also could do the same for team stats over the season. Or other rewards or combo of in the likes of recruiter points or even reward 1st in each category a gold ball.

We already wait just seasons stats for the moment

thats would add some fun to the game for sure..

4th down should allow the option to go for it, punt, or attempt a field goal by selecting the play to run, only in auto should it default to a punt.
