I agree with Dundee you sound a bit of a clown suggesting all Iranians should be banned yes they do bend the rules to favour them the no denying that but suggesting they should be banned from the AH is one of the most daftest comments I've seen if they can't buy from the AH how can they improve their team? A better suggestion would be a maximum price one could spend per level regardless of how much RP you have that way everyone would be playing on an even playing level if they only allow players to spend say 10,000 rp a reason in the AH. I don't know about other players but i'd also like to see a max of 3 pack players being able to be put on the field of play at any one time as it gives the people who can spend a significantly unfair advantage over those who don't or can't afford to buy their way to the top which would make the game more about tactics than who can spend the most in real money.
