guild rewards should be earned towards the end of every season including heal kit giveaways, rugby balls (gold), to top guilds and top players within the guilds.. They could be given for several reasons.
Highest donator
Most points accumulated in competitive matches
Most fans gained that season

Why? Guild members already benefit from extra healing kits, why make it even more a punishment to those who don't want to join one?

The point is why should you have to? Guilds should offer something more to the social and interes side fo the game, not an inherent advantage that punishes you for not taking part.
