I noticed that an interception in the endzone followed by a tackle in the endzone resulted in two points being added to the team who was intercepted to begin with.

well it's only kind of fixed I just sacked a qb in the zone and that should be a safty it placed the ball on the 5 yard line (or close)

it was a sack in the end zone
have not seen it repeat though so maybe it's working right now
