It would be great if we can message clan mates idividualy or as bulk with up coming stratergys and clan messages.

Also an icon or indication to see who is on real time and duration.

A server or global chat system to chat to other players from other clan Ect

Communicate individually with fellow guild members yes, or at least leader with right hands.

Communicate with members of other guilds ? Many would abide by the rules of decency here but, as we have seen from this forum alone, there will always be an element that will abuse te system ( and individuals ). That in itself would be a pain to moderate.
