what is a good setting on the morale setting????? so it wont hurt your on field performance.....

Morale accounts for 25% of your in-game stats. Dropping it to 95% can save you a bunch of money but only drops your stats 1.25%.

I tend to leave it at 100%, granted it costs more...2.5mil for my team.
