I just hope the members in your guild get a little tired of your bullying tactics and find better guilds elsewhere. THEY have empowered you to have such bragging rights and you reward loyalty by kicking people.

Anyway, what happens next is something I am not going to lose any sleep over! This is a game and it is a shame it turns some people into power hungry and paranoid fools!

I'm not in your guild but I actually wouldn't join your guild even if invited because of this bickering you have claiming everyone you meet is a spy . Unless you was originally of FOD I don't know why anyone would join you might be good and highly skilled but it's pointless being that if you won't play as a team.
