League game today, 8 penalties against, 0 for, lost 15-14. My ruck and scrum aggression set to 85% what am doing wrong. 7 of the penalties were at Rucks and 1 at a scrum

Maybe train your pack in scrum co-ordination to lower the pen rate but this will take a while. Also try dropping the scrum strength to 60% to see how you get on for a few games.

Reduce your Scrum and Rucking aggression will reduce the penalty count.

Some also drop ruck down to the teens giving up half the rucks but getting penalties in the other half. Ruck aggression has always been critical and scrum is now more important than in the past.

True, but any real pro rugby players from real pro rugby teams would tell you that real pro rugby open forwards don't count in a real pro rugby scrum

In real pro rugby you get a try bonus for 4 tries and a loss bonus for losing by 7 or less, but unfortunately constant pressure on the developers made them make the game even less like real pro rugby
