You could make this game so much deeper by having the option (for those with time and commitment) to have u17 u18 youth squads. No need to watch games or be hands on in training. Just a upgradable youth academy, maybe a junior player market and a market for the youth coach to run the thing autominously.

have a loan system so you can loan your young players out to lower leagues for golden balls or RP's, but only lower teams not in your guild. that would make lower teams be able to compete with some higher levels.

The biggest thing missing from this game is a youth academy. Having the option to promote a youngster to the main squad is vital in all manager type games. Hurry up and develop a youth academy as this game is quite good and it’s the only thing missing
