Wales is in the UK... As is England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Why is it there's a separate Welsh nation, yet no English, Scottish, or Northern Irish nation choice???
Why can one's nation be Wales, when the United Kingdom is already an option?

Not sure you have looked properly. There is a Uk flag. Also seperate flags for England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland not particularly well known as a rugby nation hence I have no issue with that particular 'ommission'.

The only one I disagree with is Ireland, the flag shown is the Republic of Ireland flag, that isnt what they use in rugby.

You can have any flag you want go options and then change name/country

Haha, suggest you look properly,there are English and Scottish flags too. As for Ireland the team is made up from both Irish nations, so you won't find a northern Irish flag, but yes it's wrong just to use the republic flag
