It appears that fouls at the breakdown are now being awarded a scrum rather than a penalty. Has the game changed or is this a bug?

After the 80', if you get a penalty and don't lead the score, your players will chose a scrum instead of a lineout, to not trigger the end of the game.

That's a good thing to have done! Can you stop them kicking to touch when you're leading when the player is mere millimetres from the try line? Lost no end of bonus points this way!
