If you know you are going to take the game offline for updates, patches, or whatever - can you please broadcast a message to all players so that we know the game cannot be accessed and for what period of time? That courtesy would be appreciated.

When did you saw the game offline? Because the updates only make the game offline for 1 minute max.

Well, there's been a few times the server has been down for hours, and usually when it comes back on line there are patches or game changes, so I assume you could give us warning when this is scheduled, right?

We didn't cut the game for more than a few minutes so I think there was another issue, did you experience other downtime since?
