Where sanctions are given there is the facility to state the reason for that sanction for the information of the recipient. If this was not done then I suggest he submits a ticket. I did not apply this sanction so cannot help further. I think that deals with the issue.notwithstanding that the forum is not the place to discuss individual sanctions applied to others.
