Wouldnt it be good to be able to PM other guild members. I'm sure most of us have arranged MB free matches or play friendy mataches against eachother, it would be nice to chat at the same time.

Agreed, it would never work due to the idiocy of the minority.
I would however like the ability as a mod to pm individuals privately as it would prevent me having to air things publically which could in the first instance be dealt with by way of a polite steer in the right direction.
