Who has the capacity to invite a team into a guild?

This is something I really ought to know as a leader, but honestly I've spent so long as a right hand in the two guilds I've been in that I can't remember any restrictions to the different positions (if any).

Who can invite people into the guild? Is it right hands and leaders only? Leaders, right hands and experienced? Or newcomers also?

I know right hands can do all those, but I don't know if others do or not. I've never been one to boot or invite.

Experienced and above can invite, right hand and above can kick.

Jungle RFC :

Experienced and above can invite, right hand and above can kick.

Add to that only leaders can kick leaders.

Only RH's and Leaders can change the guild name and send a message to all guild players at one time.

Anyone who is experienced, leaders and RH can invite. Only RH and Leader can boot someone
