Hi,

Can anyone tell me what the little yellow triangle means on the player's strategy? Does it mean they shouldn't do this (i.e will give away more pens, miss tackles, knock on more) or that they just can't do this (in other words it'll be ignored)??

It means that you've pushed the player over his limitations, he will perform his role
Within the team but there is a greater risk of him make errors and also getting injured.
