You are losing people because the game is slanted to players who don't play fair. You have no answer and no one whats to play this shit. When I started you have hundreds more player and now only 2900 and dropping. I tried it and no way I am paying to play a failing game. No way I am staying. Start over. Their is no saving this game.You never made up to player who didn't get free balls and the cheaters are the only one's left. BYE !!!

When you loose friendly matches there is no impact on your team: you won't loose fans or energy. The losses are only applied on the league, tournament or map matches.

There was a bug on the health kit requests to friends that is now fixed.

Note about the number of players: we are still in beta and we have not started the promotion of the game yet, so do not worry about that, in a few weeks there will be hundreds of thousands of players.

I have been playing the game for a couple months now. Overall I like it but, I just played a match and reached the 60 minute mark and the game locked up. Refreshed game and it is still playing the match. I clicked on the game, and it is still the same game that ended and cannot play a new match. Refreshed the game again and got the same results. I cannot go to a new match it's locked up on my last match after refreshing the game several times.

My father Jim cannot play in his acct either. He and I live together..so we share a internet connection...as well as computers.
What gives? Is this how you treat all of your customers? I really must insist on a refund if it is.

Hello, I just started a few days ago and very much enjoy the premise. The things I am finding misses on:

The scoring has a feel of world futbol versus American football. The clock, the set up, doing it by the minutes, It does not feel authentic to American football.

For me the play selection with the simulation is cumbersome if you have to make 90% of the plays. I don't feel there is a good base line of plays to choose from. Not having any choices on defense is not good. It takes away from the strategy of the game. For example if you see a team is a pass happy offense with weak RB you are able to adjust. Also adding in blitz packages in your base defenses.
Part of the simulation that is lacking is the WR routes. It shows the routes, but during the simulation the ball is thrown nearly instantly and the routes are useless.
Team building (adding attributes) Some parts make sense, but most does not. Adding something that would help players know what to build to make characters stronger would help. Or possibly limiting the additions to what would actually help them. (I don't believe throwing accuracy would help a DL) Maybe a sheet that has accurate descriptions of what each category is and how it helps each type of character.

Another thing I would like to see is a separation of a D tackle and a D end. Their jobs are not the same and each would be helped by different attributes.

I am assuming the kickers get more accurate because even high school kids make more than the kickers starting off.

I am still playing and working through more thoughts and will post. Right now I am thinking about field position. Right now there is no such thing.

DT and DE used to be massive differences but now not so much, one uses power moves and one uses finesse but that doesn't have any relevance to this game so the differentiation is pretty pointless. As for the kickers, well you are just plain wrong. Most high schools don't even have someone who can make 50% of field goals from inside the 10 yard line. The kicker stats are pretty realistic in my opinion that they simply have to be built up. As for the point distribution, if you assign the points you never have a problem, if you are lazy and don't want to do it yourself then expect it to be random. It seems like a solid plan to me to keep players engaged and give advantage to people who actually put in even slight effort to the game. if you build different defensive plays simply activate them for your next opponent, you can even get into the specifics of when it is called, its already part of the game. The others are valid though.
