I'm not a fan of MB but i do like the attempts made to decrease impact recently. However, i think if unlimited injuries were allowed i would be fine with MB. Just got 2nd in my championship after going mb free and running through a gauntlet of juicers that would suffer 2 injuries in the first 10 minutes but then they were set and knew that no more injuries were to come. More natural consequences to mb use might make people think a bit more strategically instead of simply sliding the bar Willy nilly.
No MB or allow unlimited injuries

I'm no fan of MB and can't see it as a natural thing in the game so I'm not understanding what you mean by natural consequences?

I think what he's meaning that not restricting the amount of injuries is more natural or organic towards the real world than 2 per match. If only 2 players could get injured per match then no-one else could get hurt no matter what in real rugby it'd be a very different game!

Ok i kinda get that idea, but MB being no organic or natural but rather digital the post is redundant

The implication is that MB increases your injury rate. Not so sure about this if you have good safe tackle and handoff scores.

To be honest I've always seen it as the non-mb using side are more likely to get injured, especially if it's the strength attributes getting boosted more likely to cause the injury...

Agreed El's but with high rhythm and very low toughness I've seen MB opponents get injuries as well so its a catch 22 for MB wankers

Look at your championship matches where there are injuries, typically the side with the injuries shows signs of mb when you look at the two teams. If i have an inferior team hold their own against me, they get 2 injuries, and in the friendly they get destroyed by me, showing mb. Mb is supposed to your team 'getting up for a match' or playing over their heads. Rivalry games you might play better. What I mean by natural consequences is that if im playing at a higher intensity than normal in real life im more susceptible to injuring myself. Mb makes the players go at higher intensity, just like rhythm, but then causes injuries, so make them unlimited to decrease the one sided benefit of mb. There should be potential for bad beyond them getting tired faster, which is another natural consequence of playing higher intensiy
