-1 year and still no changes about the defender who dribbl everytime with 0% dribbl rate ?????
-players who still make long shoot with 0% distance ??????

These two cases happen when the player has absolutely no other option.
Even with 0% dribble rate, he will dribble if he is absolutely sure he can't pass without giving the ball to opponents.
Even with 0% kick distance, he will try to shoot if he is hardly harassed by defenders and can't pass.

but how about the fact he passes it back to the golkeeper even there are strikers around him...it happens everytime

about the pass inteligence,the defender contrary of it should be,he always choose the worst player to make pass even with max pass inteligence. ....watch out all my matches....their inteligence depends on their quality in general but not for this specific skills.....it's somthing to sort out with the fault everytime even with max safe tackle and 0% aggressivness...make sure every skill work,if not it's only those who has top player who will get good result....this game should be better

of course a defender dribbl all the team by not finding another better option than clearing the ball just anywhere to avoid counter attack

-THE DEFENDER ALWAYS CHOOSE THE BAD DECISION
-THEY ALWAY PASS BACK TO THE GK EVEN THERE ARE LOT OF STRIKERS THERE
-THEY DECIDE TO DRIBBL EVEN THERE IS MIDFIELD FREE
