Championship league error

I was in championship league 13. Won in 1st. I was supposed to go to championship league 15. I did as advertised and shows. Yet qll.opponents are actually in championship league 16. I'm only one in 15. Why is this? Any help.would be greatly appreciated

I have seen examples of this the previous 2 seasons, though not as drastic. 5 level 18s mixed with 9 level 17s. Then 5 level 19s mixed with 9 level 18s. The basic answer is that there is not the exact number of teams to make 14 team leagues without using other levels to complete them. The good news is that the difference between you and them is only 5 points/statistic. Superior training and tactics can still win you games. Good Luck!
