No gold balls for entering next championship.

I have just won championship level 3. Have now been entered into championship level 5 which starts 1/11. I received 2,100,000.00 as I should have done but I have not received any golden balls. It says I should get 20 for entering championship level 4 but I have been sent straight to level 5. Wnated these for another builder so where are they please? I should not lose these just because I am level 5 not 4 surely?

Ok, cancel. Not sure if the site sorted this very quickly or as I suspect - the 20 gold balls were only applied to my account after I had physically opened the message that sais I was being entered into level 5.

Posting this tather than deleting first message incase it is useful information to others and helps.
