Check your facebook parameters, in Parameters -> Applications -> Rugby Manager, and check "Friend list".
Then yu will see your friends in the game.

Sorry to raise this questions again, but I cant invite any of my friends or find my brother in law to play against.
Not sure what I am doing wrong
