How do I stop auto assign with my training. I accidentally pressed the green auto button. I want to distribute points manually.

Every time you play, have a training match or just train you accumulate points and can either auto train or manually train. Just because you have hit it once doesn't mean that it'll continue to auto train forever. Only for that particular set of points that you had at the time. Hope this helps.
