Just to echo what has been said in other comments, the game needs to progress, doesn't take long to max out stadium and conquer all achievements.

Stadium,bank and other buildings should become level 25 to make the game more interesting, it won't be long until all guilds will reach the 3.5 million max.

My motivation for the game has dropped considerably by hitting level 20 so much so I started another team ....
